Guys are outside finally fixing the main air conditioning unit. Its been fried for 3 weeks and my secondary unit has been pumping its little heart out. Bless its soul! The new server has hit some high temps over the last 3 weeks as some days over new years got to 45 degrees! (thats centigrade!)
Having my head stuck in a .Net hole for the past couple years I have not bothered looking at Eclipse since 2002 when it seriously sucked some ass and NetBeans was by far the better development IDE (We were also deploying on Iona’s EJB server so it was a strange time in my life I would rather not talk about)
ANYHOW… Eclipse has come a long long way (so has Java!) and now Eclipse can be used for a lot of really cool development tasks; like ANT (I use nAnt near on every day). But now there is an installer heaven… and its on Eclipse! Download Eclipse and then get EclipseNSIS
Of course you will also need the all powerfulNull Soft Install System
Now, I don’t think I will start developing any .Net code in Eclipse, but for everything else – its the dogs bollocks.
Now listening to Romeo Knight
