G-day Joe,

I have been trying to find someone to answer my question about agile methodologies:

* If I use a task board for the current sprint (usually 1 week),
what is a good way to keep track of the backlog?

* What is a good way to keep a record of work completed in each sprint?

I use post-its on my taskboard and then a list of backlog items on post-its on an A3 sheet.

Is there a better approach?
